In a recent Gusto survey2, almost all employers agreed that developing a sense of community at work contributed to their success. A sense of community is developed when there is shared goals and values for the group. While we know building the perfect community takes years we hope to be a small part of that.
We partner with local Non-Profits, community leaders, and other social welfare groups to do the find the best way to do good. We also leave space for the community to join and get involved in a project in their area. Our process for each group is customized to fit the community, timeline, and values. Our goal is to make doing good easy.
